Anyone have any experience? Considering as a supplement to enhance running and cycling performance. Heard good things about KetoCaNa but have not yet taken the plunge.

I just recently tried Ketond, took half a serving (as an article had recommended) and felt very energized and alert. I don't know how much of that was in my head though... I plan to keep the supplement around for days that I may have gone over on carbs. More reading needs to be done on my part, but that's what my experience was!
